Tribe to Table ships to all 50 U.S. states and ships on Monday-Friday via FedEx 2-Day Ground and FedEx 2-Day Express. You can get your order the same week if placed by 10AM PT on Wednesday; orders placed after 10AM PT on Wednesday will most likely be delivered the following week. Street address needed, we cannot ship to PO Box.

Your purchase on this website will appear as “Tribe to Table” on your statement.

*2018 Holiday Shipping Schedule*
The last day for shipments will be Monday, November 19, 2018 for orders received by 10AM PT.  We will not be shipping on Tuesday and Wedneday (November 20 & 21, 2018).  Shipments will resume on Monday, November 26, 2018 for orders received after 10AM PT on Monday, November 19, 2018.

Christmas Eve & Day: The last day for shipments will be Wednesday, December 19, 2018 for orders received by 10AM PT.  We will not be shipping on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (December 24 & 25, 2018).  Shipments will resume on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 for orders received after 10AM PT on Wednesday, December 19, 2018.

New Years Eve & Day: The last day for shipments will be Friday, December 28, 2018 for orders received by 10AM PT.  We will not be shipping on New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day (December 31, 2018 & January 1, 2019).  Shipments will resume on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 for orders received after 10AM PT on Wednesday, December 26, 2018.


Orders ship out as they are received (first in, first out). We do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible, within 3 business days.


Our shipping rates are based on weight and shipment destination (utilizing FedEx real-time shipping). The number of items in your order will impact the shipping rate which typically can range anywhere from $9-30 (HI and AK may have additional rates applied). Your exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.


Customers will be notified via email when items have been shipped and will be provided a FedEx tracking number. We track all of our shipments throughout the day to ensure a timely delivery.


Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality. If in doubt, we encourage orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address. FedEx will not require a signature upon delivery and will leave the package on your doorstep if you are not home to receive it. To enjoy the full freshness and flavor of our products we advise refrigerating the products immediately.




All food sales are final. Tribe to Table is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. For non perishable product returns, please contact us by phone (747)-255-7481, by email info@tribetotable.com, or in the Contact Us page on this website. All returns are subject to a $7 fee for shipping and processing and will receive a shipping label from us within 3 business days of the requested return. If the customer chooses to incur the shipping expenses themselves then they will not be subject to the $7 fee.


Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Privacy Policy


When you purchase something from Tribe to Table, as part of the buying and selling process we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.


How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery of a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers (ex; Paypal, PayTrace), we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
